Chrome No Internet Access after Windows 10 Upgrade

One of our computers had internet access issue on Chrome web browser after we upgraded to Windows 10. We finally resolved the problem using the following steps:
1: On desktop, we right clicked the chrome icon, we found an option “Troubleshoot compatibility”, then we clicked it:
2: We selected “Try recommended settings”:
3: Actually some settings were applied to Chrome, for testing whether they work, we needed to click the button “Test the program…”, Windows 10 will open a new Chrome windows to let us try the internet accessing or target website, no matter the target website work or no work, we click the “Next” button to continue:
4: Since we resolved our problem, so in this step we just clicked “Yes, save these settings for this program”, otherwise, if you still have issue, you will have to select to do it again: “No, try again using different settings”;
