The news for me today is Microsoft abandoned Yahoo Acquisition.

Yahoo asked $37, but MS just wanna give $33. Actually they had raisd its initial bid ($31) by about US$5 billion. And Yahoo did sth. for making friend with Google. They outsourced Yahoo search business to Google! This made MS unhappy and worried about the value of Yahoo.

今天的大新闻应该说是微软放弃收购雅虎。

微软先后以每股31美金和33美金的价格有意收购yahoo，但是yahoo要价37美金，这样微软需要多付50亿美金。而且yahoo最近把自己的搜索业务外包給了Google，这样微软和不高兴，而且也担心Yahoo将来的价值会不理想了。
