Institution Numbers of Canadian Banks
Sometimes we need to Bank’s Institution Number. We can find it from our banking check, however, most of time we don’t have a check. And, sometimes the bank employee never told us the Institution Number but only account number and transaction number.
The following is the Institution Number of some Canadian banks:

and oh ya..that thing above is not the institution number…its the banks Branch Number.

The above are the institution numbers, what you require is the Branch Transit number which is unique to each Branch those Institution numbers are unique to each institution.
