Lots of people need a windows XP system after they buy a new computer, however, when you buy a new computer from store, A vista system should be default installed other than Windows XP, in 2008, Microsoft has announced they had stopped to sell Windows XP, they just sell Windows Vista currently.

But, I know you need install a Windows XP on your new computer, for my opinion, I suggest you don’t delete current Vista system, but just “Add” a XP system on your computer, I mean you install dual boot system — Windows Vista and XP, you can select any one of them when you start your compuer.

2: For laptop:

Since laptop has its especial point such as hardware, BIOS settings etc, you can not use above ways to install Dual Boot system.

WinXP SP2 OEM For DELL集成SATA驱动和补丁

之前在ASUS区做了一个集成SATA驱动和补丁的系统
最近几天下大雪,没法出门,在家闲着也是闲着,就给DELL区也做个吧…
谁让DELL的用户这么多呢…

网上现在流传的DELL OEM XP有两个版本,一个是2006版,也就是没有SATA驱动的版本,一个是2007版,集成了SATA驱动在里面的…
我做的这个是以2006版为基础,加入SATA驱动和到1月9日为止Microsoft所放出的补丁,也就是和之前在ASUS区放出的是相同的补丁,只是系统改为了DELL OEM XP…

这是IE6整合包，所以有升级IE7的提示，不喜欢IE7的可以不升级就行了。WMP10和WMP11的补丁整合在这些包中了！WMP9基本上不用了，就没有加上其补丁。
