Google Chrome Browser Download Save As Issue in Windows 8

If you used Google Chrome browser in Windows 8, you might get headache trouble for downloading something, because you might not see the “Save As…” window, and you thought the downloading in Chrome was not working or stuck, but actually the “Save As…” windows was popup already and was waiting for your further operation.

When you move your mouse and hover on Chrome browser icon, you will see the Downloading Save As screen:

But the problem is when you move away your mouse, the Save As screen will gone which you can not operate it. To resolve this issue, you should **RIGHT Click** the browser icon when you move the mouse on the icon, then the Save As screen will not disappear.
