Many house owner in Canada look for information about Home Energy Saving Plan. There are lots of content about energy saving plan from lots of different sites. And seems there are lots of different "message" and "news" about this plan.
Actually by March 31, 2010, Canadian's energy saving plan rules changed due to the financial support limitation from government : The part which is from federal government stopped, but the part which is from Ontario Province government is still available but some rules changed.
