Crazy traffic in 2014 Dec 11

There was a snow storm in 2014 Dec 10 night and early morning Dec 11. Actually it is not the biggest snow storm occurred in Toronto area, But this is the first time I see the traffic is so terrible.

Through Google map traffic, there is no any main road in GTA is in green color, which means no traffic. Even those secondary roads.

All highways in GTA are terrible now, even 407 which is a toll highway.

I guess the traffic will keep at least 2 hours.
